Battery Architecture & Sourcing
Built on battery chemistry science. 100+ vetted suppliers. From specification to sourcing in days, not months.
What we do
Real cases
44W dual-zone heating, IPX4, seamless silhouette. Architecture options with energy density feasibility analysis.
Corrected voltage/power misconception before wrong cell selection. Spec validation before supplier outreach.
30mm × 3mm form factor analysis. Runtime optimization within ultra-thin envelope.
High-power single-use defense battery. NDAA-compliant supplier shortlist with specialized discharge profile analysis. Connected client to qualified manufacturer and supported through technical due diligence.
Expert-validated battery architecture and sourcing. From first specification to direct manufacturer connection.
Services
Start anywhere. Database-driven brief in minutes, expert-led architecture in days, vetted sourcing reports for defined specs. The deeper the engagement, the deeper we go.
For companies in early-stage exploration who need a preliminary battery direction.
For companies who need a better battery solution, whether starting from scratch, upgrading an existing product, or solving a problem.
For companies with defined specifications who need vetted supplier discovery and hands-on support to connect with the right manufacturer.

Why this works
About
Dr. Yingying Xie is a battery materials scientist with nearly a decade of research experience at Argonne National Laboratory, where her work spanned lithium-ion, sodium-ion, and solid-state battery systems.
She has served as Lead Materials Scientist in industry, working on advanced cathode development and cell design, and as Senior Advisor to Roland Berger on battery market and supply chain projects for global consulting clients.
Reveal-B is where these threads come together. Most battery consultants know either the science or the market, rarely both. Dr. Xie has worked deeply in both, and built Reveal-B as a structured framework that maps product requirements to battery technologies to specific supplier ecosystems.
She works most closely with early-stage hardware founders and engineering teams, helping them think through the electrochemistry and engineering trade-offs that determine real-world performance: energy vs. power limitations, degradation mechanisms, fast-charging constraints, and material compatibility issues. The supplier network behind these recommendations was built through years of direct work across US, European, and Chinese battery ecosystems. The names in your shortlist are not pulled from a public database. They come from real relationships.
